The JSE Investment Challenge Public game is a game played on a virtual trading platform. The virtual trading platform available on the Site is not linked to the JSE’s trading platform. All trading activity in the JSE Investment Challenge Public Game including, but not limited to transactions, positions and other information is virtual, fictitious and non-binding.
The amount allocated to a participant’s virtual portfolio to play the JSE Investment Challenge Public game is purely virtual. All profits and losses emanating from trading activity in the virtual portfolio will remain virtual and a participant will incur no liability but also will make no real money.
Representations and Warranties
The Site and Services are provided, are accessible, and usable on an 'as is' basis with no representation or warranty from the JSE whatsoever as to functionality, performance, results from use, quality, or fitness for purpose.
